Stress Management in insecure environment

The aim of this e-learning kit is to prepare field personnel to face up to their difficult task, promoting their health and well-being when facing extreme levels of stress.

HOW?
This multimedia training course, based on e-learning technology, gives all the theory and practice needed to understand and manage high levels of stress, with a special emphasis on working in insecure environments. It addresses not only staff in emergency situations, but also staff working in development programs and will be the aid workers companion during their mission, as well as a refresher course for experienced personnel and a resource for trainers.

This kit has been developed as a personal companion for every humanitarian worker going on mission. It is packaged in a protective plastic case and contains:
logbook

- A CDROM with case studies, typical situations, video, and exercises.   The  content of the self-paced course is the equivalent of a 3 day training session.

- A logbook, where each chapter is a follow-up of the CDROM and in which one can record one’s thoughts and progress and integrate the course learning.

The price per Kit is:

€90 – $130 – £85 – CHF135

not including taxes and shipping fees. You may order and pay online with a credit card or through bank transfer. If you require multiple copies, we have a sliding scale of prices.  Write to info@humanitarian-psy.org or call us at +41 22 800 21 15
